At Maison de la Couture, we value every customer. Our top priority is to ensure that goods are delivered to our customers as soon as possible. You will usually receive your order within 1-25 business days from the date of shipment.

Standard delivery times

• Switzerland: 1-3 business days.
• EU: 3-10 business days.
• United Kingdom: 5-12 business days.
• Eastern Europe: 7-15 business days.
• USA and Canada: 7-15 business days.
• South America: 10-21 business days.
• Asia: 15-35 business days.
• Africa: 15-35 business days.

Note: Express shipping is available at an elevated cost for customers who wish to receive their items on an urgent basis.

As a result of COVID-19, we will sterilize products and packaging, you can be sure of a purchase order.

Proof of payment

A confirmation email will be sent to you after payment is confirmed and the order is confirmed. After payment is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled or changed during this time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Processing

Usually order processing takes 1-3 business days. Please note that holidays and weekends are not included. If the goods are prepared within 24 hours according to your order, we will ship it within one day.

Delivery and transportation

Shipment takes about 1-25 business days to reach destination countries. Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent an electronic notification with the international tracking number of the electronic package. Please note: total delivery time = processing time + delivery time

Delivery delays

Delivery time is estimated and starts from the date of shipment, not from the date of order, and may take longer than expected due to the wrong address, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.

In many countries, the number of flights has decreased due to COVID-19, the delivery of your parcels may take longer than usual, but we will do our best to deliver your order earlier. We ask for your understanding.
